Welcome to Day One of my anti-aging skincare series! Each day for the next week I will be posting information about age prevention, skin maintenance, and age reversal!

We will discuss how our skin changes over the years to go from the picture on the left to the one on the right, and what we can do to keep our skin healthy and youthful for life!

Whether you are starting this journey now at a younger age or as an older woman you can still prevent and reverse those aging signs!


We will start by talking about Prevention🙌


PREVENTION is absolutely a necessity when it comes to aging gracefully. If you don’t take good care of your skin when you are young, you will have a very hard time keeping your skin looking fresh and rejuvenated as you age.












My number one tip for women in their teens or late 20s is to ALWAYS wear sunscreen. No matter what the weather or time of year.


There are 2 types of UV damage that come from the sunlight: UVA and UVB


UVA is the rays of the sun that don’t burn our skin, but cause the most damage over time. UVB is the rays from the sun that burn our skin. The sun is the number one cause of skin aging and we need to protect our skin daily.


Having a good mineral sunscreen with at least SPF 30 that has UVA and UVB protection is an absolute must for prevention. Even if you haven’t worn sunscreen for years, start now! Your skin will thank you🙌
